Hellođ. My name is Nala. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist with a passion for hair that started when I was just 9 years old. I specialize in Natural Hair Health. My goal is to make sure every client feels comfortable, confident, and cared for. ⨠Booking Policies ⨠⢠Before booking, please read each service description carefully as it explains whatâs expected from both you and me. There will be an intake form you need to fill out right after you schedule your appointment. This form must be filled out prior to your appointment. Please respect both my policies and my environment. I do not offer kid services. Only ages 10+ and they are charged regular price. đŤ Health Policy ⢠If youâre feeling unwell, please let me know ahead of time so we can reschedule. ⢠If you arrive sick, you will be asked to leave and will still be charged. â° Late Policy ⢠Arriving 10 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee applied at checkout. ⢠After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged full price. Please reschedule at least 2 days before your appointment date. (If there is an emergency we can further discuss). Last minute rescheduling will require a $40 reschedule fee. Same day cancellation/reschedule you will be charged full price. I ask for there to be NO đŤ â˘đŤVaping â˘đŤCigarettes â˘đŤPets (iâm allergic to cats) â˘đŤExtra guest (please clarify with me first, they will be asked to leave or sit in the waiting area). đ°ONLY PAYMENTS I ACCEPTđ° â˘Zelle , Apple pay, Cash, Tap to pay, Card on file. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours or same day of scheduled appointment. Any no-shows for day of appointment you will be charged $50 fee. Please let me know in time if youâre going to be late or need to reschedule. Rescheduling day before is not acceptable!
